The Organization
Provident Group Asset Management ("PGAM") is a Delaware registered limited liability company and an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. PGAM was formed in 2002 by its principal directors Jim Roper and Steve Carlson.

Management Process
Provident Group Asset Management is dedicated to the management of alternative asset funds and private investment vehicles on behalf of the clients of Provident Group and its strategic partners. Provident Group Asset Management focuses on creating unique fixed income alternative asset management products. Provident Group Asset Management also can act as a sub-advisor on assets managed by a client of the Provident Group, as well as develop structures that facilitate the pooling and management of assets acquired outside the realm of activities of the Provident Group.

Marketing and Distribution
Provident Group Asset Management markets and distributes its products and capabilities through Provident Group's alternative asset distribution platform. Additionally, PGAM has strategic partnerships with outside distribution providers in order to maximize capital reach and long-term asset retention.
