We focus primarily on a number of specific “verticals”, largely in the natural resource sectors, including agribusiness, upstream energy production, water and mining, as well as transportation/logistics, specialty finance, specialized manufacturing and real estate.
Provident has a proven track record of structuring and placing transactions along the full spectrum of capital including equity, quasi-equity such as mezzanine, structure debt and senior secured debt financings. We have also advised our client base on divestments and asset sales to both strategic and financial acquirers as well as on financing acquisition/roll up strategies.
